In this workshop, participants learn how to systematically identify and optimize the right processes in human resources and recruiting using AI‑supported methods. The goal is to reduce time and effort, improve quality, and enable more informed decision‑making. Together, we analyze your existing HR and recruiting processes and demonstrate in a practical, hands‑on manner how AI can meaningfully support employees – from candidate selection to internal knowledge management.
The workshop has a duration of 1–2 days and can be conducted remotely or on‑site.

Systematic identification of AI potential in HR and recruiting, for example in applicant pre‑selection, talent management, onboarding, and administrative HR processes
Analysis and prioritization of HR and recruiting processes that are particularly suitable for automation, workload reduction for specialist departments, and efficiency gains
Use of AI to support the review and evaluation of applications, the creation of job profiles, interview preparation, and decision support
AI‑supported access to HR‑relevant information such as policies, training content, employee data, and HR processes to relieve HR teams
Support for managers and HR professionals through AI in daily operations, for example in handling internal inquiries, evaluations, and documentation
Integration of AI solutions such as the Avantgarde Co‑Pilot into existing HR, ERP, and applicant tracking systems, with a strong focus on data protection and compliance
Practical examples and concrete recommendations for the productive and responsible use of AI in HR and recruiting
